Do Enfleur Pure & Natural products contain toxic substances?
Enfleur products and ingredients have been evaluated by a safety consultant (Skin Consult in Amsterdam) and found to be completely safe. Online information about the ingredients we use can also be found at https://www.ewg.org/skindeep or via www.cosmeticanalysis.com . Enfleur Pure & Natural products are rated as high-quality products there.

Are the raw materials 100% natural and certified?
Our products primarily contain raw materials of natural origin. Some preservatives (phenethyl alcohol, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate) are synthetic (derived from green chemistry) for reasons of sustainability and environmental protection. For each ingredient, certificates relating to safety, quality, and technical specifications are provided by the supplier. Whenever possible, we always choose COSMOS/Ecocert certified raw materials.

Do you test on animals?
No, no tests are carried out on animals. This is also prohibited by European legislation.

Are Enfleur products safe for pregnant women?
Our ingredients are not listed as being harmful to pregnant women, with the sole exception of retinol. However, to avoid any risk, we recommend avoiding products containing essential oils during the first three months of pregnancy (this is indicated on the packaging).

How long can Enfleur products be used?
At the bottom of each bottle, you will find the batch code and the BBF (Best Before) date. The batch code indicates the year and month the product was manufactured. For example, the last four digits of the code EFRG2410 indicate that the product was manufactured in October 2024. Add 24 months to this date to find the expiration date.

What happens after placing an order?
We strive to ship orders within 8 days, unless the product is temporarily out of stock. In this case, Enfleur will inform the customer as soon as possible, including the availability date. Generally, the maximum delivery time is 21 days after receipt of payment or confirmation in the case of credit card payments. Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer when placing the order. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not possible. For more details, please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if the delivered product does not meet quality requirements or if it was delivered damaged.
